Flexible hours & shifts available, PM only (shifts are typically 4:45-10). Part time availability, 1-2 days weekly, plus on-call opportunities, more/less depending on hotel occupancy. Weekends, & holidays availability a must!
Responsible for the service of food and beverage. Maintain a good working relation with guests and staff. Accurately handle food in accordance with company procedures, and sanitary guidelines. Will possess a Food Handlers Permit and OLCC card issued by the state of Oregon. Comply with all government regulatory procedures regarding food service. Must be 18+

Primary Job Duties:
Greet guests, suggestive sell the menu and receive food and beverage orders, serve food and beverage with excellence. Be sure every detail of service is extraordinary, from the moment the guest arrives, to their departure. Excellent cash handling skills required. Table service of 66 seat restaurant solo most nights. Service of room service for 165 suite hotel, taking orders via phone, delivering, and tray retrieval. Will be responsible for your own cash bank. Perform any other reasonable task as assigned by the supervisor. Micros POS system knowledge a plus. Prior hotel experience a plus.
Job Qualifications:
Ability to read, write and follow instructions. Be passionate about serving guests with excellence. Possess good health and physical stamina. Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. OLCC card and OR Food Handlers card required. Minimum 1 year table service experience. Willing to train for the right candidate. Minimum wage plus tips. Charge tips paid bi-weekly via payroll (direct deposit).
Uniform: polo shirt, nametag, and waist apron provided, staff responsible for their own solid black pants (no denim or leggings) and black non-slip restaurant shoes.
